Bought for a trip to Hershey park with predicted storms looming. They are a thin fabric like nylon- love the zipper, hood is deep enough and has tightening cords, and has zip pockets which was very useful! Worth the investment for us as we do a lot of outdoor things where we have gotten soaked and that gets old. We never got poured on this trip but definitely repelled what rain we did have.

I bought this for my trip to Iceland. We were told it’s pretty misty/wet a lot and I was 26-27 weeks pregnant while we were there so my regular raincoat didn’t fit. It turns out we had great weather 9/12 days, but there were times this came in handy. I liked that I could throw it on and off as needed over whatever I was wearing because it was so lightweight. Despite the fact it really is full coverage, it folds up pretty small to fit in my Small camelback backpack. For reference: I’m 5’6”. I weighed about 155 in this picture (26 weeks pregnant).

This us such a cute rain poncho, gotten tons of compliments. Have used it when out biking as well and its been so useful to take the work instead of an umbrella. Excellent quality and just bought a matching one for my spouse!

This needs to be a travel must have! I won’t go on a vacation without this again. It packs up tight. There is an alligator clip on the self contained bag that I can put it on the outside of my backpack or purse and no extra room is needed. It covers up so well. It zios done the front so if you get hot you don’t have to take it completely off. And it comes in a variety of colors!

While I'm normally all set with an umbrella or a traditional rain jacket, I had nothing large enough to keep me and my 50 liter backpack suitcase dry, if I get caught in some rain when travelling. This poncho solves that problem!

It's easy enough to throw over myself and my backpack, without having to undo any of the side snaps. As long as it's not too windy, it will keep my head to my knees dry (I'm 5'9). I love how adjustable the hood and strap are, and that when I take it off, I can fold it all into the included pouch and use the carabiner to keep it outside of my backpack.

For the size of the poncho and the price, this is an excellent value that will keep backpackers dry.
